Allie G. These guys are great. We have had two backyard BBQ parties catered by them. Both times we had about 40 people. We had them cook an entire pig on a spit once and we ordered a southern style BBQ from them the second time. They come on time, set up quickly and do their thing. Then before you know it, they've packed up the food for you and cleaned up their area and they're ready to go. No hassles on your end. Like I said, we have used them twice and we will use them again. They are the best that we know of in the area.
